Here we all are nearly 30 years later. I had on a Panorama shirt that was older then 99% of the staff! We still had a blast, and the 80′s crowd is still the rowdiest! These are in a somewhat random order as I had to pull them off my phone, camera, and 2 playbooks.

We were a bunch of happy smelly and always a tad tiddly, (well, some of us anyway) campers. We made lots of new pals including golden voiced guitar goddess Jayme and her friends from Rancho Vignola, who were there promoting their tasty nuts and dried fruits. She gave us all a free bag as we were breaking up camp, and they were awesome! I’d NOM NOM NOMinate them as best I’ve tasted!
Thanks Jayme for teaching us some new tunes and sorry for keeping you guys awake into the not so wee hours with our semi-musical caterwauling! =8-]
Rumour has it that KD dropped her price just so she could perform at the music fest. She looked absolutely ecstatic to be there, and put on one hell of a show to an extremely appreciative crowd!
To old to rock and roll? I call BS on that! Buffy is rockin’ it harder in her 70′s than 90 percent of the rockers half her age! She and her band astounded the crowd with their high energy show that mixes rock, humor and activism all in a great musical package.
I know very little about this band except that they are a no gimmick straight to the point Rock band. Quite refreshing! Reminiscent of Allman Brothers, lynyrd Skynrd, and maybe a dash of Charlie Daniels, I am going to keep tabs on these guys. Sadly, their CDs were sold out before I could get a copy. Guess I’ll have to hunt one down here.
